Man yells after being told not to pet service dog

Parties are no longer on scene.

She stated she had her service dog and her boyfriend with her, and a male came up to her dog and was petting the dog.

They finally asked him not to pet the dog as he's a service dog, and I guess it sounds like he went on a rant, yelling and swearing at

her.Again , they both have left the scene.

She did not know what kind of vehicle he left in.
