This is North Shore Med One going to Aurora Grafton.

We have case number NS 26-06076.

We were out with a 58, 58 year old male.

Chief complaint of seizure this evening.

Patient white with a seizure, described as full body convulsions lasting approximately 7 min .

When our crew got there, patient was post-ictal.

They then set him up to move him to a cot.

His blood pressure dropped to 80 over forty-one.

They then started EKG, IV in the right hand.

We have administered approximately 500 mL.

Of normal saline, and our blood pressure is now 100 and thirty-eight over seventy-six.

Other vitals are as follows: respiration is 16 , pulse of 80 , and regular.

We have a blood sugar of 112.

We have taken a 12-lead with normal sinus.

Patient is currently alert and oriented x4 with no complaints at this time.
