Man reportedly bullying others at Grand Haven pier

Complainant's not there right now, so I don't know that it's in progress, but they stated the last two mornings there's been a man at the end of the Grand Haven pier bullying people away from open fishing spots while having at least five rods out and some with more than two hooks.

Described as a short, older white male with big pier fishing rod.

This is going to be the south pier by the lighthouse.
