Vehicle last seen headed southbound on 29 road from B 1/2 Road.

Described as a black Lincoln Navigator, plate number (number withheld), continuing vehicle described to be swerving all over, unable to maintain lanes and almost drove into the ditch.

Plate number given returns clear, valid on a black 2005 Lincoln Navigator to a subject at an address out of Delta, Colorado.

And attempt to locate twelve one.
