Pain started about 12 hours ago.

Patient states that she initially thought things was indigestion.

Took an old lecithin pill.

She's been non-compliant or has not been able to get her medications,

either blood pressure medicine or diabetes medications.

She does have a blood sugar of three thirty-seven, 337 .

We're showing a sinus tachycardia on the monitor.

Blood pressures through the roof, 100 and sixty-one over 108 at this time.

My initial pressure was 100 and ninety-nine, 100 and forty-five.

Chest pain was an eight on a scale.
