Yelling complaint at Penthouse Apartments on Washington

She says apartment (number withheld) .

This is the same female who just called in the disturbance on Broadway.

She's now stating that there's a new apartment on Washington that's yelling something about how she was going to be moving there, and then now she wants the yelling from the Penthouse Apartments checked out.

Copy. Did she call 911 again?

Negative.
