As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a possible custody-related disturbance at the child exchange area of the sheriff’s office, where a father was reportedly searching children. The situation appeared to involve children on the front porch and a conversation inside. A later update indicated the suspect may be leaving in a black Toyota RAV4 with the children. Separate units were also sent to a memory care facility on North Military Avenue for a sick person.
