Illegal dumping complaint on private property

pigs throw their garbage and old tires and furniture out on the back roads. I called the cops after I put gloves on and found pill bottles and other papers with the person's name and address in one of the bags. they arrived, had a look, could careless and did nothing. I ended up cleaning up the mess.
