Evicted man reenters unit and steals bike

The

criminal property owner.

Called in from (number withheld) Industrial Ave, said that a gentleman that they had evicted from there on the 16th of this month has reentered into the old apartment that he was in.

He apparently broke into the downstairs unit through their window

and went back to his apartment.

And he was also caught on camera stealing a bike.
