Caller concerned about son and girlfriend at home

She's concerned, stating that her son's girlfriend is on location, and that when she tried to call her son, she couldn't get through and the mailbox was full.

Great, you can show my location.

I just talked to her son at the last call for service and the girlfriend as well.
