Excuse me, ma'am. This is Medic 753 bringing you an eighty-one-year-old female, stroke alert.

Patient's coming from Caldwell Nursing Home.

She did have a history of congestive heart failure.

However, after said that her normal mental status is she's very pleasant and able to answer all your questions.

Last known normal was around 1800 .

She is complaining of a headache, and she is also more aggressive according to staff.

Patient is also unable to answer any of my questions.

Possibly a sudden change of mental status plus the hypertension with a 200 systolic.

We are calling her a stroke alert.

Unable to do a full land scale on her.

Blood sugar is 100 and fifty-two.

Heart rate sixty-two.

Normal sinus.

Twelve lead is unremarkable.

Ninety-six percent on room air.

I do have IV established for you.

And the last blood pressure we received was 02:12 over 102 .
