Suspicious truck parked for hours near stop sign

We received one call in reference to a truck that's been sitting there for over 3 h with their flashers on, blocking the view of the stop sign.

Gave it to highway patrol,

but we received another call.

The caller called back, someone got out of the back of the camper.

Of the truck, looks like he hooked something to a box near the road.
