Reckless gray car reported on Highway 169

It's going to be westbound 169 from First Avenue and heading.

It was a gray car with a busted headlight.

Paul David Edwards, (number withheld), that was bearing and speeding over the fog line to the point where he was driving on the shoulder for a while, using a signal erratically.
