Welfare concern for hiker and distressed black lab dog

Believed to be on the Appalachian Trail behind the co-op service center currently.

Caller was worried for the dog who was walking, who was described as constantly barking loudly and sounded in distress.

The male hiker is tall with blonde curly hair, wearing a bandana around his head.

And the dog was described to be a black lab on a leash.
