This is for a patient that called in saying he was choked by another patient. He also stated he was bipolar. Argument started overdue. He has an injury from being choked, and he also has prior injuries, saying he has a broken ankle and several broken ribs, unknown how that occurred. The offender is separated in the day room on the third floor and your patient will be winging in the third floor lobby. He is requested to be transferred to SAMC.
