91-year-old woman falls and has low oxygen in Hartford

They're looking for a 91 year old female that had gotten up to use the restroom, has fallen and is still on the floor in the bedroom.

Caller stated the female's oxygen is dropping.

He's placed her on two liters and it's still at 84%.
