Suspicious person on moped at vacant residence

Caller advised there's a (name withheld) subject at at (number withheld) Rankin Road on a moped.

She advised four or five days ago that went up there and arrested a few people from that location that were taking things out of the house.

House supposed to be vacant, no one supposed to be there.

She was calling back to advise us that that (name withheld) subject was up at the residence now at (number withheld) Rankin Road.
