Passenger reportedly kicking van driver near Havelock

Just the. For the Hills Mobile Home Park, there's a van that has special needs people on it.

There's a 59 year old male on there that's kicking the driver.

He's kicked her several times, her ribs, her arms, and she doesn't need rescue, but she needs some help.
