Man found down near pickup truck on I-495 breakdown lane

That caller reported, well, it was call received from State Police, but they said that the caller reported that they saw a man down in front of his pickup truck off in the breakdown lane prior to exit 109.

So if you get on at Exit 108 (Broadway) and head up northbound, you should pass him.
