Suspicious person near Holly baseball field

It's going to be near the Holly baseball field.

If I call in forty-three, there is going to be a suspicious individual standing on the side of the road.

If I think he's inside the road, but is near the light line, he's going to be in a blue shirt and possibly khaki jeans.
