I'm here still with an 89-year-old male.

Chief complaint is that he's had some dull chest and left arm discomfort starting last night.

He was doing some vigorous activity yesterday, then he reported, but he just wasn't able to sleep all night because of this dullish type of pain.

Upon our arrival, our dispatch went ahead and had him pulled over as they say that his symptoms were.

our arrival, we did 04:12 and right side of twelve lead.

Everything's looking good.

I'm not seeing any elevation.

All vital signs are within normal limits.

I did follow a cardiac pathway.

We do have an 18 gauge established in the left AC.

I did give 300 mg of aspirin along with a spray of nitro.

Nothing is necessarily making his pain worse or better, but he states it is a dull ache running down his left arm.

He does have extensive cardiac history with a pacemaker.
