They had a flock hit on Sunset near Peralta on a lost or stolen rear plate on a 21 Acura utility out of Oakland.

They're not specifying the color, but it took off and they have negative visual eastbound on Sunset and Peralta five ago for a lost or stolen rear plate before they can be cleared of a PHO for.
