Yes, we had a check welfare at Tams Highway and Berry Branch in Helen.

Complainant advising she was driving through that area and a white male in his 40s with a (description withheld) and jeans was laying on the side of the roadway as she was passing.

He appeared to be vomiting, then got up and began chasing her car.

She's requesting someone to check on him.
