Person impaired at recovery center on Route 715

It’s like I said before recovery centers don’t work people go there because it’s a business to help people out of jail before the judge sentenced me to jail. I obviously got caught with the illegal narcotics and/or abusing alcohol in public, where I was a harm and or threat to pedestrians around me the people at the recovery center that know it’s a scam that’s why they accept Medicaid and EBT food stamps as well. They scammed the system. They should be arrested like Trump said because it’s all a fraud. The people in recovery don’t deserve the respect and they don’t deserve to take my tax dollars because they going to get high while they’re in there they think it’s a teenager party reunion with their friends and drug addict that they met from prison County lockup the homeless after I am not lying.
