Attempted armed robbery involving gun and knife

Had a caller saying a male came up to them, was trying to rob his social security, pointed a gun to his head, put a knife to the female's throat that he was with.

Subject was last seen driving a silver Chevy four door with Kentucky registration.

Possibly towards Henry Street.

He's on foot.

Believe the caller's on State Street now.
