Erratic driver strikes guard rail on Route 22

Be a gold colored Ford Ranger with a green cab.

The complainant witnessed it strike a guard rail, then continued driving all over the road northbound on 22, last seen in the area of Mitchell Street.

Unknown New York registration and the caller is no longer following.
