Neighbor complaint over gunfire and explosions

Caller states that his neighbor (name withheld) is shooting off his guns and setting off powder explosives on (name withheld)'s property.

The caller believes that (name withheld) does not have a shooting range on the property and says that his biggest issue is that the shockwave from him using his weapons is making the house
