Brothers accused of attempting to steal dogs

Caller states that a male by the name of (name withheld) and his brother stole one of their dogs from a property in Whitehall, which is Trempealeau.

They have just approached their property in Holcombe, which is the (number withheld) county trunk M property, and attempted to steal their other dogs.

The brothers are no longer at the property.
