There's a group of what appear to be freshman or college students, 13th and Lincoln, currently

00:08

kind of standing close to the road.

00:09

There's also a train inbound.

00:11

Could you do an area patrol in that area?

00:15

I'm calling out.

00:18

I'm in route 109.

00:21

Looks like they're up by Columbia,

00:23

13 now.

00:27

Hey, caller, I've just been a little bit worried that they were standing pretty close to the road.
