The patient was placed on an on breathered, given high flow oxygen. His shirt was removed and open. He was very diaphoretic, blood sugar 181. Initial blood pressure, systolic was in the 60s. He is now alert talking, slightly ANO3 for orientation. We're just now getting him loaded up on the Rokon bike to come back out to you. Life has an eye established. He has been given multiple cold packs to help cool him down, and not sure how long it's going to take us to get to you. We're going to start making away. If they can start giving them some IV fluids, and when they get in the rig, if they can just set up with 12 leads, if it's difficult to get that in, that's fine, but let's just make sure we do one of those.
