Report of intoxicated boat operator near swimmers

Reports of boating activity for a possible 23152 driver that was on the water in a red, black, and white boat with lightning bolts on the side, writing “DZN”, and letters on the side of the boat.

Driver is a WMA, approximately 60 years of age, heavy set, approximately 300 pounds, with a mullet.

Almost hit swimmers in the area, got his boat stuck multiple times in the ropes, and then continued to dock at Chambers Landing.
