Welfare check on student absent from online school

I have a party on the line that's wanting to do a welfare check on a student that hasn't been logged in to their online school since the 30th of September.

They're not able to get a hold of the dad.

The dad's in-house address is (number withheld) highway 92, but there is a couple other possible addresses they may live at.
