Here we go again. Randall Ray rents off The hilderbrand family from canonsburg and they allow this and there are kids around this area and my kids have to watch the BS. Come on washington county do something get these people off the streets. I think our law is afraid to do anything about this situation or do something about it. I think its time to arrest or remove this man if you are the homeowner of this home because your tenant is destroying your home. is the owner a slum lord that dont care or you want to prove to the people in this neighborhood your better than your tenant and remove him or be a disgrace just like him just asking the homeowner now?
