Residential burglary by suspected neighbor

Dispatch reports a recent residential burglary near Mock Street. The caller says a man came onto her property, stayed at her home, and stole money. The suspect is described as about 55 to 60 years old, wearing a yellow raincoat and blue jeans. Records show a similar call in January, and the suspect is believed to be a neighbor. A second man, also about 55 to 60 years old, is described wearing a brown t-shirt, blue jeans, and white shoes. Officers also receive a separate report of a trespasser at a construction site on Ringo, described as a man aged 40 to 50 wearing a gray shirt and black shorts, who may not be authorized to be on the property. One of the individuals reportedly left on a bicycle with a backpack on the front, and another bicycle of unknown color is mentioned. Entry to the residence was apparently made from underneath the home.
