Hostages reported in van with knife and gun

A caller reports being held hostage in a van near South Parkwood and High Star. The caller says a man in a blue shirt and tan pants is forcing them and three other people to stay in the vehicle. The man is said to have a knife and a gun. The van, described as black, was last reported in front of a corner store, and the man then went into the store. Responding units arrive in the area but do not immediately see the van. Attempts to call back the reporting number fail because the phone number is disconnected. Officers later report that the situation is under control.
