Child reported hitting dogs with stick in yard

(number withheld) West Wabash.

CP advised she was out walking her dogs and observed a child, approximately (number withheld) years old, outside hitting a dog, hitting two dogs with a stick and kicking them, making the dogs yelp and then act aggressive.

She yelled at the child to stop, and he did.

She then went back to the house to talk to the parents, and nobody was answering the door.

So she believes the child is home alone and would like him checked on.
