Multiple unanswered 911 calls from Route 209 address

This house is CONSTANTLY on the app. With reports of 911 calls of woman in "background" unanswering phone calls. Why don't the Deerpark or the State Troopers, just do something about this? Instead of wasting emergency resources, where resources are needed in emergency situations elsewhere. Typical Deerpark, New York State Police Behavior I see.
