Neighbor playing loud music overnight in Hull

RP says his neighbor that lives there at that address has been playing music starting around 10 p.m.

at night and not stopping until around 3 a.m.

for the last week.

RP

wants law enforcement to tell him to stop as he's tried talking to him before and the neighbor just starts screaming at him as you give the RP a call.
