Report of sparks from street machine on Ninth Street

North Ninth and Elm in Humboldt.

Got a caller reporting that there was an individual driving a bobcat with sparks flying under it and it had a street cleaner or scraper on southbound on Ninth.

He thought that was a little odd and would like the area checked.

10-4. I will make my way down there.
