Underage student intoxicated in dorm room

Where's the details?

When the RAs were letting a resident into her dorm during a lockdown, her roommate was extremely intoxicated and she's under the age of 21.

10-4, do they know if they saw someone drinking or cans, sir?

22, she was unable to sign a piece of paper due to being intoxicated, just stumbling around the room.

10-4, it's gonna be room (number withheld).
