Vehicle parked too close to driveway on Spring Lane

I have a call from a single for advising that there's a vehicle, a white Jeep with no license plate, in violation of his 3 ft of his driveway.

He's advising that in the morning when he leaves, it will be difficult for him to get out the driveway.
