Young man in distress reported at Richmond Highway

We've received a few calls reference a 18 to 20 year old black male, thin build, wearing a white and black hoodie, tan pants, black backpack, that appears to be in distress.

One of the callers advised the individual mentioned something about his grandparents passing away.

The. Callers are mostly concerned for his well-being.

It appears that he's having some sort of mental health crisis.
