Okay, Center Point CJC Med One, we're coming in on emergency with a 72-year-old female.

Patient was found down on the ground outside after some yard work.

Found by some neighbors.

She was unresponsive initially.

As she kind of came to, she wasn't having proper use of her left side and was very confused.

When we got there, she did have full motor control, but she's still displaying.

A bit of confusion.

Probably worse GCS we have is twelve.

That's issued up to a 14 now with just some confusion.

Trying to get her cooled off.

We got some ice packs on her.

We got an IV established.

Giving her some fluids.

We got a heart rate of 99 sinus rhythm.

Negative for any ST elevation.

Last BP was 184 184 over 75 .

Ninety 6 % on room air.

I am going to give her a negative on the Cincinnati assessment at this point in time.
