Chief complaint tonight is going to be a fall.

He fell into a bush approximately

30 minutes prior to our arrival.

He did have a loss of consciousness prior to the fall.

He did not hit his head.

He's not taken any blood thinners.

Does have some ETOH on board and also appears to have an injured right toe.

He's currently an O times four, GCS 15 .
