We're currently en route to your facility with a 77-year-old male.

He's coming from home.

He is alert, oriented times four, GCS 15.

The chief complaint today is going to be generalized weakness.

He's a negative Cincinnati stroke assessment.

He said this started about two days ago.

Started having some chills this morning.

When we got to him, he was a little diaphoretic.

Right now. Now we have a current set of vitals of 01:12 over 60 for a blood pressure.

He's sat in 95 % on room air.

He has a heart rate of 01:16 , sinus tach on the monitor.

We did get a twelve lead with no EKG noted.

We have a 20 gauge IV established in the left forearm.
