AMR 316, paramedic crew inbound to your facility with a 29, 29 year old female.

Coming from home, she's complaining of seizures.

She had approximately five witnessed seizures prior to our arrival.

We witnessed two more after our arrival.

She does have a history of seizures since giving birth about three years ago.

However, is not on any medication for it.

Last set of vitals was BP 149/—, pulse 150.

Currently sitting 100 % on nasal cannula.

She signs on the mark seventy-two, seventy-two,

and antile is thirty-two.

She has had five of Versed, got a 20 gauge established in the left forearm, running normal saline about 200 .

In so far, she did also advise that she's been vomiting since early this morning.

She's had four Zofran as well.
