We're en route to facility with a 48-year-old male patient, GCS 15.

Patient was an unrestrained driver of an MVA rear-end style, approximately 20 miles an hour at a stoplight.

Airbag deployment noted.

Patient did not strike his head, no loss of consciousness, no blood.

He complains of left shoulder pain.

Does have positive PMS in that shoulder.

We do have it slung at this time.

Vitals as follows: 100 for a pulse, 170 over seventy-eight for a pressure.
