This is AMR 124 bringing you a (number withheld), (number withheld) year old male, GCS 15, chief complaint tonight is going to be nausea, vomiting, diarrhea for the past five days.

Patient is currently extremely diaphoretic, also complaining of abdominal pain.

Unable to get IV access.

Current set of vitals, heart rate was 78, sat at 99% room air, blood pressure was 160 over 104, blood sugar was 140s.
