Patient is coming from a nursing home.

Blood pressure is 115 over seventy-one.

Pulse seventy-five, sinus on a four lead.

Patient has good coloration in the face.

We've got cyanosis in the fingertip.

So I'm currently working on an oxygen saturation, putting them on four liters nasal cannula.
