They were traveling through the state, stopped on the side of the highway and called us.

Onset of left-sided facial numbness.

Tingling left arm and left leg weakness.

Patient stated that she pulled over to see if she could walk it off, was unable to move her left leg.

We're going to activate a stroke on this.

Blood pressure is acceptable, 168 over 100.

Heart rate 75, showing sinus on the monitor.

Respirations are 16, clear, sent on room air.
